Services

We provide business setup, licensing, taxation, visa, PRO, and corporate advisory services in the UAE. All engagements are governed by a signed engagement letter that supersedes any content on this website.

Fees & payments

Fees quoted are indicative and confirmed in your engagement letter. Government fees are non-refundable once paid to authorities. Consultancy retainers are refundable prior to submission per our engagement terms.

Client obligations

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information and documents you provide, and for cooperating with regulators as required.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid to us for the specific engagement giving rise to a claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
